The run up to Race Week….

Hamilton Island Race Week is one of the biggest events on the calendar here in the Whitsundays. I took a stroll around the island yesterday to soak up some of the atmosphere, sights and sounds of what promises to be an action packed few days. There’s plenty more to follow but here’s some of its images….

    Hey Ben, take a really nice beach pic (sand and water’s edge)so I can have a new wallpaper for my computer. I have been using some of your pics for this purpose……it makes me feel like I’m actually there. Thanks!

      Shouldn’t have a problem with the weather if you’ve come for sunshine!! Around 26c and hardly any wind. Perfect unless you’re a sailor! Ben
